We begin preparing your order as soon as it’s placed. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

In rare cases of unexpected demand or delays, we’ll keep you informed via email.


🚚 Shipping Time & Charges

Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days (depending on your location)

Shipping Charges: Calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping option

Please note: Delivery may be affected by external factors like weather, festivals, or courier delays.


📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your package is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email along with a tracking number. This number typically becomes active within 24 hours.

You can use this to monitor your order’s journey in real-time.


💥 What If My Package Arrives Damaged?

We pack your items with care, but in the event that your order is damaged in transit:

  • Save the original packaging and product
  • Contact us immediately at support@flipzy.in
  • We’ll guide you on the next steps for resolution
