At Flipzy, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products that meet your expectations. While we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is placed, we do provide replacements for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@flipzy.in with your order number and photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll dispatch a replacement at no extra cost.

- Requests must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product.
- Any claims made beyond this window may not be eligible for replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for any other reasons, including change of mind or incorrect model selection. Please double-check your order details before placing it.
